3. How do I care for my LUANI items?
To preserve the quality and softness of your LUANI pieces, we recommend gentle washing at low temperatures, avoiding tumble drying, and not ironing directly over seams or logos. You’ll also find specific care instructions on each label.

4. When will I receive my order?
We prepare and ship your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within the European Union. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

At the moment, we only ship to countries within the European Union. We’re working to expand our shipping options soon!

6. Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, you can exchange your LUANI item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To begin the process, just send us an email at info@luaniwear.com. We do not accept returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
