  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
